a) Backward Classes Tamil Nadu State Govt. Scholarship:*
These Scholarships will be granted to the pupils belonging to backward community and whose parents’ income does not exceed Rs. 2,50,000/- per annum.
b) Adi Dravida Welfare Govt. of India Scholarship Granted by District Adi Dravida Welfare Officer.*
This scholarship is available for the students belonging to scheduled caste and scheduled tribe whose parents’ income does not exceed Rs. 2,50,000/- per annum.
c) Fee Concession:
Tuition fee concession is granted to Scheduled Caste/Tribe students as per the Government norms for aided course only.
* The scholarship application is processed through online and the scholarship amount is directly credited to their bank account which will enable them to pay their fees.

Instituted by Mr. C. Renganathan, MD of Chennai Metco Firm, Alumni of Mechanical Engineering, P.A.C. Ramasamy Raja Polytechnic College. The award will be given to a meritorious Mechanical Engineering Student of the Academic year; Consistence in performance in the previous semesters as well. This award has been instituted in memory of Mr. V. Pasupathi, Former HOD/Mechanical Engineering, P.A.C. Ramasamy Raja Polytechnic College.
24. ENDOWMENT CREATED BY M/s. MILLINDIA Ltd., New Delhi
An endowment amount of Rs. 13.00 lakhs have been put in Indian Bank as Term Deposit for 10 years. The interest earned every year will be utilized for the award of scholarship to meet the college and hostel fee of deserving one Second and Third year Mechanical Engineering student who are economically poor.
25. ALUMNI ENDOWMENT FUND
The interest accrued from the Alumni Endowment Fund will be given to economically weaker students who could not pay their yearly tuition fees/exam fees. Cash prizes will be awarded to meritorious students of all discipline during college day function.
26. Industry Award
a) M/s. Ramco Cements and M/s. Ramco Industries Limited award scholarship to pay their yearly fees for one student in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical (R&AC) Engineering & Electrical and Electronics Engineering currently studying in Second year and Third Year who are economically poor.
b) M/s. Ramco Textile Division award scholarship to pay their yearly fees for one student in Textile Technology and Modern Office Practice currently studying in Second year and Third Year who are economically poor.
c) M/s. National Textile Corporation Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry award scholarship to pay their yearly fees for one student belong to SC/ST in Textile Technology and Modern Office Practice currently studying in Second year and Third Year who are economically poor and also two sets of uniform cloth to the students.
