A senior faculty preferably in the rank of Heads of Department is appointed as part time placement officer to look after placement and training activities. At present Mr. R. Karthikeyan, Heads of Department, Mechanical Engineering is the Placement officer of our institute since 01-06-2019. A teaching faculty in each department is selected as placement co-ordinator. He will coordinate the training and placement activities of the concerned department with the guidance and support of placement officer. The carrier guidance and pre-placement activities are conducted to create awareness among students regarding available career options and to improve the technical and soft skills of the students. Further industries are approached for training and placement needs.
